Tom opened Electronic Coating Technologies in 1997 to bring to the
electronics market a company whose staff would bring many years in
expertise in conformal coatings, potting compounds gaskets, adhesives
and equipment. His vision was to offer a service to help small to
large sub contract assembly houses, OEM's and other manufacturers
deal with the complex issues of applying chemical compounds to assemblies
in a safe, environmentally responsible and repeatable way.
Tom has 20 years experience in the industry. This includes owning a large multiline
adhesive and coatings distributorship which included the engineered selling of
products from such brand names as Dymax, Dow Corning Silicones, Emerson and Cuming,
Biwax Corporation, Devcon, Pacer, Plexus and equipment from PVA, Sealant Equipment
and Engineering, EFD and Knodle GBH.
This material and equipment background has allowed Tom to develop a deep understanding
of the processes and difficulties encountered using these materials.

Ulo brings the production expertise to implement the processes and procedures
to deliver the services to our customers. Thirty years of production experience
allow Ulo to make our "Can Do" approach to business.
Ulo's experience includes many years in the electrical transformer, coil
winding and electronics industries. Ulo makes sure your requirements are met
on time and to your specifications. Unfortunately, Ulo is a New York Yankees
fan.

General Manager - Michael Ray, P.Eng.

Michael obtained a Bachelor of Engineering Science from the
University of Western Ontario. He spent the next few
years gaining practical design and manufacturing experience, working
in both Canada and Switzerland. Utilizing his technical
background, he moved into a technical sales role for one of the
largest electronics distributor in the world, working in Quebec and
across Ontario. Now, back in Toronto, he hopes to bring
technical and sales support that will exceed your expectations. |
